There are giants roaming this gym, but they are friendly.nnAs a traveling Physical Therapist and performance coach it doesn’t take long for me to judge a gyms set up. Altons has done well. It’s definitely built more like a bodybuilder/strength athlete style gym BUT they have everything you would need as an endurance or alternative athlete as well....nnPersonally I’m an ultra runner and obstacle course racer. The outdoor fitness area, functional equipment, and plenty treadmills are plenty to make me happy!nn(I would like to see some heavy rubber atlas stones) *wink*wink*

Excellent gym. Stopped by here while I was in town. Great weekly rate for out of towners.nnThe facility itself is top notch. All the equipment you could ever need.nnThe staff is friendly and helpful.nnHighly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a gym in the Roswell area.
Great place! Came for NASA competition! This gym was clean, comfortable, and everyone was welcoming.
