Jay’s was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The service started with Kaitlyn on the phone for the reservation and then in-person to greet us. Richard was a true professional server, and Colin stopped by to not only make sure everything went well, but we found a friend in the process. Beyond those mentioned, every other staff member was a delight.nnFor the food: it was fresh, perfectly cooked, and overall a 10.nnI’d highly recommend Jay’s for a plethora of reasons. If you choose you can have a memorable $200 meal for two, but you can also have a $50 meal that will be just as well. It’s a Fort Collins masterpiece.nnWell done Colin and team!
Absolutely beyond impressed every time I come here. The food is fresh, high quality, delicious and beautifully plated. The best melt in your mouth steaks I’ve ever had. Cutting through the filet feels like cutting through a warm stick of butter. This is easily one of the best, if not THE best, upscale and classy restaurants in all of Fort Collins. Phenomenal.
Great staff and great food! Went to Jay's for dinner and had their special which was a ribeye. Cooked to perfection- with tasty green beans and mashed potatoes. Staff was very attentive! Lobster bisque wasn't what I expected or as good at everything else but at least the portion size was big!
We had the perfect date night. Our server was spectacular. She was attentive and really fun. Food, ambiance, and cocktails were wonderful. We will return.
Beautiful ambiance greatstaff A+ very helpful with the menu the food is great!! If you are in Fort Collins you need to come past and visit Jays Bistro you will not be disappointed. Waiting staff is the best. And we love Kate
