My wife and I went here to try something new. SO GOOD! We had a caprese appetizer, and it was the best we've ever had. Wife got the Asian spicy cauliflower wings and I had the Memphis Hot Crispy Chicken sandwich. Word of advice, when they say spicy, they aren't messing around! Super spicy, but really good.nnStaff was really friendly, food was awesome, and really liked the ambiance of the place. Also, I had to use the restroom there, and it was the cleanest and nicest smelling restroom.nnSuper happy we tried them out. Plan on spending some money, because they aren't cheap. Worth every penny though. Oh yeah, try the Cheddar Mash Potatoes...you won't be sorry!

Discovered this place during COVID and was delightfully surprised. Have ordered a few times over that past few months. Yes, it is pricey but the quality and generous portion sizes made up for it.nn4/10/2021 - Such a disappointment tonight. Could have been an “off night” I guess, but the experience was worth sharing for management. Our appetizer (that we’ve had before) was cold and a really TINY portion for the $12 price tag. Food was underwhelming and greasy. My mashed potatoes (for $3 extra) were basic mashed potatoes topped with bacon bits and some congealed cheese. Not sure why the drastic change from what we have come to expect from Simmer. Needless to say, it left a bad taste in our mouths (quite literally). For 2 people spending $60 (1 appetizer and 2 entrees + tip), I expected more. A lot more.

My first time visiting this local restaurant was a month ago and I have been back every week for date night since. Their food is quality, fresh, and outstanding. Their cocktails are delicious and diverse. The service has been friendly every time and our last experience with the bar manager Amanda was exquisite. I love supporting local and Simmer in Fort Collins is a great business.

Where to start? Everything about this place exceeds expectations. From the amazing and knowledgeable staff to the delicious food and drinks, you truly can't go wrong. My boyfriend and I decided to stop in on Saturday for our first time and after one visit it has moved up to one of our go to places. Amanda did an amazing job customizing our drinks and taking such great care of us. Whether you're looking for a place to meet a client for lunch, grab a bite with the family, or just throw a few drinks back- I promise, Simmer has got you covered. We tried an entree, a salad, an app, and a desert. Every bite was better than the next. The atmosphere and every staff member we encountered really made this experience. Can't wait to come back!

This place is amazing! Service, food, drinks, all so good! I got the butternut squash ravioli and it blew my mind how good it was. I have gotten a similar dish at Biaggi's and this was far better. Definitely recommend!
