I needed a new A/C installed on my camper. I had to bother them for a price and install date. Every time I called the office I was told the person I wanted to talk to was with a customer. I would leave a message with a person on the phone and leave a voicemail on the phone line. I was told there is no way I left a VM because they don't have that option, but I left one several times. After unanswered emails and calls not getting returned to me I finally was able to have Main Trailer install a new A/C for me. After I paid my bill I wanted to visit about some more work I would like done but it was like I wasn't in the room. My first experience there buying my camper from a nice lady there some time back was a lot better. I want more work done but going to have to contact mobile companies or go out of town unfortunately.

Friendly staff. Helpful. We came in looking for a solution to an issue. They had a great selection of supplies. Have a huge catalog of items also if you can’t find it in the store.

We just bought a new camper from Main Trailer Sales. The customer service and attention to detail from David and Jeb were well worth the three hour drive one-way. They came back after closing on a Saturday to double check and make sure our brake system was working before we drove back. We would definitely recommend you take a look here.

I just remodeled an RV from top to bottom. Main trailer sales helped with everything along the way. Jamie, Melissa and David, in the office, are always 100% helpful. The tech, Dan, was amazing replacing our water heater. We are so thankful for an awesome place like this!!!

Traveling through the area and found a water leak. Stopped and Master Tech Seth Roger's came out to our rig, found the leak pretty quickly. Fixed fairly quickly, girls in repair area extremely helpful, friendly and very nice (Melissa was a peach!). Made our stressful event not so unpleasant. Highly recommend for parts (good supply) and especially for prompt service. Also have sales of new campers.
