The entire experience was great. I found the truck I liked online, it was the exact truck I was looking for, but it sold before I could purchase it. Lori, my sales rep, went and found me a better truck (for me) at the same price in a different state and got it to me in a day and I live 3 hours away from Roswell! She drove it to me on a Sunday! Really great experience and customer service.

I went in to look at used trucks a couple of weeks ago... I told them exactly what I was looking for, what my budget was, and what my payments needed to be at. After some looking and a couple of test drives, I found the one I wanted. It was a little out of my budget, but the salesman and manager worked with me to meet my goals. They were able to get me financed with a local credit union. I can’t be happier. I have the truck I wanted, and the notes I can afford. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Tate along with all of the finance team provided such an excellent service I cannot praise their efforts enough. Even what is normally the worst part of car buying signing with the Finance Manager was pleasant. Roswell Ford has a new lifetime Customer.

Johnny was very pleasant and easy to work with. I was also pleasantly surprised with the deal I was offered. Almost no back & forth. Got just what we needed. I love the Ranger. Easy to handle, and the features I needed.

There was a slight problem after some service on my Ranger and these folks were on it and totally dedicated to my complete satisfaction.
