Love this place!! The first time I did Rossiter I wasn't sure I liked it. I am so glad I went back. It is so amazing. The staff here are the nicest and I feel so comfortable and welcomed here. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend everyone give them a try! You won't regret it!

After many months of very SEVERE sciatica, Shelly's skillful Rossiter treatments left me PAIN FREE - with no relapse. (I had tried PT, TENS, dry needling... all were unsuccessful.) I can sleep. I can move again. I have my life back! Thank you, Shelly!!

These folks are life savers. I've been a client since 2011 and they've helped me enjoy life so much more with Rossiter and functional fitness sessions.

My experience at Rocky Mountain Rossiter has been very beneficial! Kaitlyn, Shelley and the rest of the team are all highly trained professionals. I went in at the end of May to get help with frequent urination and start my Rossiter sessions with Kaitlyn. My sessions have improved my condition immensely to where once I was going over twenty times a day, it's now closer to ten times a day and that has helped improve my quality of life quite a bit. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Rossiter for any physical conditions you may have whether they be muscle aches, pains, injuries etc!

My wife has neck issues, among other joint pains. She has been searching for a solution. Rossitor stretching at Straight-line Fitness Studio was her current strategy. I went along one day to watch someone step on my wife in the name of therapy. Shelly greeted me like I was family; plus there was coffee. Afterward, I was interested enough to set up an appointment because my post-athlete hips and knees were bothering me greatly during walking exercise. Keith took me on and our first session started with a detailed interview. What hurt, how much, why movements are most affected...., etc., etc. So the first lesson was I needed to pay closer attention to my body's signals. The second lesson was I needed to intentionally drink more water. Then Keith started stepping on me in various ways to pinpoint where stretching was most needed. To my wonder, my right knee and hip felt better with the first session. It wasn't always simple. You are a partner in this stretching and you have to tell your trainer how the muscle or joint feels with exploratory stepping. Stretching while being stepped on is not without some discomfort. You have to do your homework exercises (all 30 sec. of each). Bottom line: there is no longer any discomfort, achiness or pain in my legs. Now, weeks later, I am on maintenance visits to keep things tuned up. This Rossitor training worked on me.
