I’ve been a member of this gym for over a year now. I wasn’t seeing the progress I wanted so I decided to meet with a trainer. Mason was awesome and was very flexible with times for training sessions. She was able to challenge me and teach me a lot of new workout techniques.

They charge you hidden fees. Upon canceling my membership, snap fitness continued to charge me their monthly rate and now refuse to refund a penny.nTheir customer service is non existent and the location is a joke. The jungle gym at my daughters elementary school has better equipment than snap fitness Berthoud.

I really enjoy the small gym feel. Mason & Beth are wonderful, so nice and always helpful! I like the equipment, it easy to use and great quality. Everyone at the gym, members and staff are friendly and it creates a nice atmosphere. The gym is never busy at the times we use it so we always get on the equipment we want to use. Thanks for creating a welcoming atmosphere and culture!

Wasn't bad until I started getting hidden fees I wasn't informed of. I'll drive the 30 min for a honest gym. They'll try to take The most money out of your wallet as possible
