I love OTF! The workouts are challenging and ever changing. The music is always good. What I really enjoy is all of our coaches and their motivation daily. The studio is very clean and front area staff is always super outgoing and friendly! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout for the long term.
I love OTF!!! Every time I walk out if the gym I feel.so good!! Had to discontinue for a year due to job out of town, but now I am back and it is an amazing full body workout every time. The trainers are great. Love Shane at Drake!!!
Love, love, love my gym. The coaches are really good and always encourage and provide support and guide me when working out. I love that they critique my form.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and the camaraderie from the other students. Be careful if you are out of shape as you'll need to manage how you scale things. I ended up with an overuse injury to my Achilles as I jumped into the treadmill too quickly.nnAll that said beware of their billing processes. They take a laid back approach in how they talk about it and it will seem like they'll do the right thing. In the end, they'll follow their interpretation of vague contracts. Make sure you know what you are signing up for and cancel well in advance. Freezes aren't worth it.
