The flexibility to workout when I want is so nice and I can always get the equipment I want they have everything I need
I've been calling and tried to reach out to them to get a new key but no one is ever available. Where is everyone? Is no staff working there?nnOk thank you for reaching out to me.
Every time I go to cancel my membership they try to offer me another plan. They wanted me to pay 145 too close my account and I agreed. Then they set me up with pay one month and get 3 months free. Now when I go back they don't even show that I even tried to quit. I haven't been since January of 2020 and they continue to charge my credit card. There's never anybody around when I get off work so apparently I have to take a whole day off to quit the gym it's still going to cost me $145. This place is a joke they charge you for a cleaning fee which they don't do a very good job cleaning. Buyer beware
Poor service and even worse employee service. No one around to help with joining and the one person who we seen stated he was an employee and refused to even stop and talk to us. Go join a better gym such as Golds down the road.
THIS IS A PRIVATE GYM.nYOU CANNOT JOIN.nCall them and no one will answer.nThe office hours is a LIE.nThe gym is for members only and you will not be able to join since no one works there.nIt is 9:26AM on a Monday, October 26 2020 and still no one answers my phone call.nI wanted to join but i gave up.
