You need to try this beef!! Put the ground beef in chili and the flavor was fantastic. Slow cooked the ribs tonight and they were beyond incredible. The beef is very lean and packed with flavor. So good I had to get a 1/4 cow!

My wife and I picked up our second quarter beef from Side of Beef CO after we finished our first quarter that we purchased a year ago. Over the last year we have truly enjoyed every meal we made with the beef. The beef has an excellent flavor, and we love knowing exactly where our food came from.nDoing business with Leo is great, he is very friendly and accommodating and he even took the time to show us his steers in person. He provides a very easy to understand explanation of the benefits of the highland cow and why his product is some of the best available.nPurchasing a quarter or side for a family or even to split between families is an excellent option for people who care about the quality of food in their home while also being conscious of staying within a budget.

We visited the ranch. It is everything they advertise. The animals are healthy and well taken care of. The beef is amazing. We raised our own grass fed beef in Pennsylvania and their beef tastes amazing! They do it right!

I am loving the beef I got from Side of Beef Colorado in September. Yesterday I made a tagine of Moroccan Beef Short Ribs and they were by far the best short ribs I have had in my life. The meat practically melted in my mouth, and when I added the gravy over couscous, it was to die for.

Leo and the crew over at Maryland Creek Ranch are so helpful and knowledgeable about their cows and beef. Got the whole tour and was able to see the cows grazing and living a great life on the land. It’s important to know where your food comes from! No more store bought meat for me. Keep up the great work guys!
