Here are our experiences with Todd Winegar and Summit Resort Services: When we were interviewing cleaning companies to regularly clean our unit in Keystone, Todd seemed competent and professional so we hired him. We would soon see some wildly unethical and unprofessional behavior. After just a few cleanings, we shared a guest's minor criticism of Todd's cleaning, which evoked a rude and unprofessional response from him. In short order he announced he was quitting(while we had a guest in the unit) but refused to respond to calls and emails trying to address his anger and behavior. This was followed by unexplained additional charges on our final bill- when we asked for explanations, he refused to communicate, answer or return calls or return our key. Despite repeated requests to simply communicate so we could resolve his issues and get our key back, he would not respond. Later, he had the audacity to attempt to tack on 'late charges' to our bill, threatened to place a lien on our property and launched into personal attacks. At one point he wrote,'This will be an ongoing nightmare for you. I promise'. He was right- dealing with Todd Winegar and Summit Resort Services felt like a nightmare for us. I tried to rent a property listed by the owner (Todd Winegar) of this group on AirBnB. I should have avoided when I only saw one review. I thought it strange that the hosts were completely unresponsive after the initial booking (which was a first for me). With a month prior to rent I had an extremely rude exchange from Todd when I asked what I believed some pretty basic questions (see attached image for record of the AirBnB conversation). Todd then cancelled the reservation without warning 2 weeks ahead of the travel and subsequently deleted his account and property on AirBnB so that he could attempt to leave no trace of (or ability to comment on) his poor host behavior. I am actually somewhat relieved that he cancelled for fear of what the overall experience would have resulted in - although I'm a bit up a creek to try to have to find a last minute place for anywhere near the price. Needless to say all I can tell for all of those reading this is to avoid this group if possible. While I can't speak to their management side, seeing another reviewer like Roy I get the feeling that I am not in the minority here.
