The restaurant was busy and seemed to be understaffed. As a result, service was slow, but was also spot-on. Every single request was fulfilled correctly and both servers were very friendly. We agreed the Steamed Dumplings were among the best we have ever eaten. The Noodle Bowls were large servings, cooked very well, and delicious. I would definitely return.
I am giving this place 5 stars despite not being able to reach them by phone and having a 45 min turn around time on the food because the place was clearly slammed and yet they were super friendly/polite/efficient. Once we got the food it was way better than my expectations. I mean delicious. And the portions were way larger than what i expected as well. Very satisfied customer.
Amazing pho, and great size bowls!
I love this place. Tried it on a whim one day. The wait staff is amazing and full of info. Have not been disappointed yet. Try the steamed dumplings ;)
I love Pho Bay II! The food is always incredible and the portion sizes are astounding. The photo is a regular ud83dude42 everyone who works here is delightful and always provides great recommendations. Can't recommend highly enough.
