That was a great buying experience and the staff was extremely professional. At NO point did I ever feel like I was dealing with a salesman but was just chatting with a friend. During this time of Covid we must all understand and work together and I felt completely safe and comfortable at the dealership. I had the pleasure of having my Cadillac serviced at Dellenbach. The service writer Stewart was both professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my car correctly with a simple explanation of the problem. Some parts to repair my vehicle were on back order and Stewart followed up with me through the months as we waited, always keeping me in the loop. Excellent service .
There are some issues I wanted to explain like some of the noises I was hearing while driving and I was told that, they can't go on a test drive with me and they will figure it out. Well, they never figured it out and instead they told me it was a speaker issue when I was hearing the noise when the speakers were muted. So it will be really nice if the service people who are handling the work could actually listen to what customers are trying to say.
