Visited to look into a new Bolt EV as they have several. Attempted to charge my current Bolt EV while there. Unable to accomplish either task. Nobody seems interested in selling EVs here. Went elsewhere. There are Bolts all over Denver. Find a dealer who cares and give them your business instead. Their DC Fast was disabled and none of the staff were helpful with resolving the problem at all.

I have never purchased a vehicle at this dealership but had both my Chevrolet vehicles repaired in the bodyshop. The friendly and sanitary staff at the service department was amazing from the moment I walked in. They were knowledgeable and took time with me. That made us fill comfortable. We were traveling through Fort Collins when we had a break down. Jody was the first person I spoke with about a possible repair. She was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. Im sure glad she was the one that answered the phone on my initial call. We drove to the dealership to have our truck diagnosed and met David. He was just as helpful and professional as Jody. He ran the diagnostics on my truck and found a DEF sensor to be the likely problem. He finagled the schedule and was able to get my truck in and seen by a technician that minute. David even gave me a loaner truck to drive while mine was in the shop. Dellenbach Chevrolet deserves 10 stars in my opinion. In fact if I’m ever in the market for a new vehicle I will seriously consider coming back to Dellenbach from Phoenix. I was just that impressed with the Customer Service extended by Jody and David. I’m sure those are two of your finest Employees, and they both represent your company well. They both deserve a raise. Thank you both again for getting us back on the road so quickly.
