I bought a Rav4 about 2 months ago from Bob. The vehicle was already priced competitively (according to KBB), but even so, Bob was flexible given it had a few issues I'd be addressing immediately after purchase. He was honest about what he did and didn't know, and recommended I find my own mechanic to inspect the vehicle to avoid any conflicts of interest. I appreciated that. In addition, I had to leave the vehicle with Bob for a few days while I figured out how to get it to Denver. Again, he was very helpful and accommodating. Bob made my first experience buying from a dealership a breeze. Thanks Bob!
We had a list of vehicles that we were going to look at over the next couple of days. We stopped at this one. Bob was fantastic! The vehicles at Big T are clean and Bob is honest. The transaction was so simple and quick. I'd recommend Big T to anybody. Here, a handshake is a promise.
At the beginning of the year I purchased a 03 Dodge truck. before I made my first payment it was messing up to which I called and spoke to Bob, He informed me he would “talk to his mechanic and get to me” Well as I write this I never did get a call. Needless to say the truck has been full of problems and is currently getting fixed now by a Competent Mechanic. Would not recommend this car lot at all!!!
