I was desperately in need of a reliable car, and going to CarHop in Fort Collins was the best choice I could have made! Tammy made getting me into the perfect car a breeze! Even though the store was a little busy, she made sure I was flowing along the process as quickly as I could! I fell in love with my Highlander during my test drive and no regrets ever since! I have always had trouble getting approved for a car. My past keeps getting in the way of my future. My sales rep Tammy did an amazing job with walking me through their process and helping me finally get the good news that I've been approved. I highly recommend this place for all people who need a fresh start.
Best place ever!!! I am on the 2nd car from here and it is in great shape. I just wanted to get into something bigger from my Chevy aveo and the Ford escape they were able to get me is great. I qualified for more now because they helped me improve my credit score big time. Would recommend to anyone with bad credit, looking for someone to take a chance on you, or just really like excellent customer service. Heather and Tammy are the best, please buy here, you will not regret!
Tammy the sales consultant and heather the branch manager were both super helpful and worked way past close to help us obtain a vehicle in a very critical part of our lives they where diligent in explaining the process and all the ins and out of it.
