Working with Chris, Cori, and Wayne was amazing. Very friendly, courteous, and low key. No pressure. Just helpful. Answering all our questions and concerns. My sales associate and finance manager were absolutely outstanding. Ryan was quick to answer my questions and understood my need to be sure about what car I was going to purchase. And Trevor walked me through the finance process and my options, providing all the data I needed to make the decision. The dealership staff was absolutely wonderful and made sure that I felt welcomed. They were not pushy at all during the buying experience and they ensured I was taken care of. I never thought about Volvo but I am glad I did.
Yet another great experience, enough to take the time to share! Bought my second Volvo knowing a good part of my decision was based on the Pedersen Service Dept which is excellent. Great decision as I got to know the no-pressure sales and finance team which took the 'car buying stress' out of the equation. Truly, take the time to stop by if you're in the market for a car or in need of service!
Excellent car buying experience start to finish. We would highly recommend Pederson Volvo/Toyota. Top notch customer service from everyone we encountered. Cori and Megan were wonderful to us and especially wonderful to our kiddos that we brought along. Will definitely refer friends/family!
