We worked with Jake at King Buick GMC and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. We were slightly disappointed when we weren’t able to find the vehicle we thought we wanted, but Pleasantly surprised with the alternative suggestion Jake gave us. We were able to agree upon trade in value and with the no haggle pricing we were able to get in and out in just a couple hours. The entire team we worked with were great, from sales to financing. When Jake was multitasking and helping other customers, Seth stepped up and took just as great of care of us. I would highly recommend the Loveland location.
I just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and Seth was my salesman. I got such awesome service. I got a great deal and a really nice SUV. I am unable to travel so Seth handled everything virtually. The whole process was handled quickly and easily. They even delivered the vehicle to me the same day and brought the paperwork to me to sign. Everyone, including the finance people and delivery people were just awesome. Great experience!
The sales staff was excellent to work with. We put together a deal that felt like a win-win. The deal was contingent upon the new truck fitting my fifth wheel. Unfortunately it did not. The dealership took back the new truck the next day and gave me my old one back. I appreciated the Cooperation a lot.
Came in for service on my Buick Envision. Scott and his team took amazing care of me and anticipated that I would need a rental car for the night. They came to my home the next day and dropped my vehicle in my driveway! 5 stars guys, keep up the excellent work!
Great experience. We were encouraged to take our time looking at vehicles. No high pressure. We were able to make an informed decision that we were comfortable with..we received a lot of support when we were ready to make a decision.
