Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We had my sons birthday party here and it was awesome. We decided to rent the whole place for 2 hours so we could stay with our group and it was definitely worth the money!! Emily was our host and she was great. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There were 2 other ladies helping with our party and they too were great. Having the Go Karts to ourselves was probably the adults favorite part, the kids loved hanging in the warrior course without hoards of other people rushing them through. If you are planning a party with more than 10 people I really suggest the private party option, the value was great and having the place to yourself was amazing.

I could never get a team member to take my calls! Staff is consistently unhelpful and rude. My kids love it here and that is why it is so disappointing that I will cancel my membership due to management being so bad! I will no longer refer people here and will never come back again! Very disappointed! You can bet on any ride that requires an employee to work will be closed most of the time as the same employees go from attraction to attraction because management is to cheap to properly run the business! I would strongly suggest you think twice about signing up for a membership!nUpdate. I was not able to cancel my membership and tried to reserve a time for my daughter to meet a friend and the only way I could schedule for the proper time was to pay the non-membership price!! Way to screw over your members that pay every moth urban air!! It will be a happy day when I can finally cancel my membership. If possible!!nUpdate after owners response, none of my complaints are at the corporate level!! Rude and unhelpful employees, not being properly staffed is dictated at the corporate level! If you would have taken the time to actually read my post you would have seen that!. I understand that cancelling my membership is a scam from the corporate level, but the reasons I'm trying to cancel my membership is at a local level. I will not keep my experiences from public by using the contact us page. People need to know what they are getting into

Avoid this company at all cost. Do NOT get a 12 month membership with them. They changed me during the months they were close they have also renewed my 12 month contract with no notification. Customer server is Beyond poor. The few time I was able to visit the felicity it was very dirty, do your self some green and go to the city park. Its cleaner than this place

This place has gotten alot better with actively cleaning and has a better flow to it. The team members just need to be more brave when it comes to telling Adults to keep there masks on. I get it can be intimidating but you guys rock and need to remind the adults who is boss in urban air lol other than that you guys are ROCKING it!

We cancelled our membership months ago (after our 12-month contract had ended), and have continued to be billed monthly. I have contacted the Fort Collins Adventure Park in person. They could not help me, and they told me to contact corporate. I did so, and I have every email on record; I can't seem to figure out how to cancel this membership. Long wait times, no one calls back, emails don't work. If you are looking to save money, the membership is not a great option as you will be a member for life.nn**Although the owner responded that I was contacted after the 90 days, I have no record of that. I did call the corporate office, as I was told that I could not cancel the membership at the Fort Collins location. I attempted several times, with wait times well over an hour. This past weekend, I called corporate, and opted for a call back. 4 hours later, an Urban Air representative called me back, only to put me on hold for 15 minutes when I asked her if I could cancel the membership. She explained that my membership period had been fulfilled and that I could FINALLY cancel. She was rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I understand that COVID is challenging, but there has to be a better way of putting memberships on HOLD or cancelling them.
