Rink was good enough and modestly priced, good activity for a family of four. Low rating bc of horrible employee. Husband was given skates the wrong size, it fit too small when he tried it on, so he went back and politely asked for his size and the teenager working was extremely rude and questioned my husband, exclaiming to my husband “ these don’t fit!?” a couple times before he was willing to give him another pair of skates. We are adults with kids here on an hour time slot...we received the wrong size, just give him ones that fit, there was no benefit for us to go up here and lie and waste somebody’s time about whether a pair of skates fit or not. I’m not sure where they are finding these employees but maybe stop hiring rude teenagers that don’t seem to care about their job or how their attitude may impact their customer’s experience.
Why is everyone in colorado rude? People from other parts of the country dont understand this.
Employee at front door was rude, facility is below standards of acceptable. The only saving grace is it’s cheap. Would not recommend to anyone.
Love the ice arena and my children love it as well. Skating, hockey, concessions! They have it all!
It's not Maggie Pond, but it is a full size skating arena worth visiting.
