We arrived at the resort on the evening of July 11, 2020. We obtained our keys and directions to our room from the office via after hour/COVID check-in procedures. The directions to our room were incorrect. There was a number to call for help but you could only leave a message. We went around checking rooms trying to figure out where they may have made the mistake. After receiving a callback, an hour later, we were informed where our room was actually located. the person we spoke to said he was only a messenger but said he would relay the message to management that we were very unsatisfied with our experience so far and would like for them to call us directly. It experience was extremely stressful. We thought we may have to sleep in the car in the parking lot that night. They never contacted us. The room was comfortable and clean so I didn't give this place a one. The ladder for the loft is quite dangerous and don't recommend for use by most. I do not recommend and will never return.
A beautiful racket club by the mountains and creeks. Both hard courts and clay courts are available.
Great gym and steam room. Heater in the sauna is not working properly (not enough heat) because it doesn't have rocks on on it.
Super helpful staff! Very clean locker rooms and pool. The tennis pro that teaches on the courts will show you how to improve your game! Backs to Gore Creek east of Vail. #Vail #Colorado
Great place to stay. Even left my watch in the room and they mailed it back! Shout-out to Will for even wrapping it super nicely so it didn't break!
