I took a drop in class with LaTonya and found her to be extremely knowledgeable for anyone who has practiced yoga for years. I had a good class and enjoyed her sequencing. While she could be a bit intense at times, I probably wouldn't feel comfortable if I was new to yoga. My only reason for not wanting to return is the wall of mirrors. If you like practicing yoga in front of a mirror, this is perfect for you. It's not my style. Also, I had to rent a mat for $2 and was disappointed that the mat was slippery, thin and old. So, lesson is bring your own mat.
Came here while on vacation with the family. It was the perfect getaway. Doc had an amazingly calm yogi voice and was a wonderful instructor for the VinYin class. Highly recommend and cant wait to go back!

Excellent studio! Nothing better than a hot yoga class after a long day of snowboarding. Google maps shows the Breckenridge address but this studio is actually in Dillon. The correct address is listed on their website.
I went to a Hot Yoga 90 minute today. Deby taught a great class. The studio is nice, clean and professional.nnI am a very regular hot yoga participant. I always practice Bikram. While the class at Summit was not exactly the 26 postures, it was very comfortable and easy to follow.nnIf you need your yoga fix while up in Summit, go visit these guys.
