Unreliable company. The owner came to our house. Based on our conversation he sent us a quote which we accepted. We bought expensive electrical equipment. An appointment was set well in advance (several weeks). On the day of appointment we were ready early in the morning. At 11 am we called D.Payne and he said that he would come after lunch like 1/2 pm. We called twice at around 4 pm again but nobody picked up. We did not receive any courtesy call and this company never showed up. We wasted a whole day waiting. At least this company could have called with any news good or bad but the absence of any communication makes this a highly unreliable and unprofessional company.

Mr. Payne and his son came by late on a Friday night after working all day to fix a light issue at my house. Absolutely amazing service! Give this company your business. You will not be disappointed!!!

I called Danny with light issues in my office, as most of them were out. He came by that day to check everything out, diagnose the issues and sent me a quote promptly. I had called several electricians but he was the only one that answered the phone, was able to come by and handle what needed to be done. A week after giving us the quote, he was able to get all the parts needed and fix all of our lights. Danny works with his sons and other employees, they were kind, communicative and did quality work for a reasonable price. It's hard to get timely work done and Danny was able to do it! I will be calling them with any future issues, with my business and my home. They are definitely my go to electricians from now on!!!
