There are super kind, knowledgeable and efficient Service Advisers at this location. My vehicle was making concerning noises; although the shop was nearly closed, they had me bring it in immediately, quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue thoroughly. The new staff at Groove is leaps and bounds better than they used to be! Kevin in the subaru service department is on top of things and cares about the customers. If you had bad previous experiences I highly recommend giving them another chance! Great job Kevin and team!
I received a promotion in the mail for an oil change for my 2019 Subaru Forester. The coupon stated an express oil and filter change that includes a 27 point inspection for $29.95. In the fine print it said synthetic oil would be more. I took my car in and found out the same service using synthetic oil (which is recommended by Subaru) was going to cost $90 and take 2 to 3 hours. The promotional material had my VIN so they already knew I would require synthetic oil. An oil change using synthetic oil should not cost that much more. To me this is classic bait and switch so be warned!
