Came in for the first time today. Was please to find a chef driven kitchen with craft cocktails. They were busy , only one server taking care of the entire restaurant. Alex KILLED it. Managed to make drinks , take orders and turn tables as if he had a whole team supporting him. Having been in the industry myself for 13 years it was refreshing to see someone with so much passion handle that rush like it was nothing. Will be back for sure. Food was delicious and the drinks were on point.

Came in for dinner tonight and was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. They are spot on using only Colorado-made alcohol. I had the hot rum apple cider and my husband had a martini (or two). Both were delicious. For starters we had the Brussels sprouts with the bacon option and inhaled them. My husband had the burger and I had the pear spinach salad with salmon added. The burger has a “bacon jam” that really helped make a very tasty burger even better. The salmon on my salad was perfectly cooked. If we didn’t already have reservations elsewhere, we would be back tomorrow.

Fantastic cocktails and delicious food! We tried brown sugar bacon pancakes and Thai fried chicken for brunch. Both were dynamite and the service was exceptional. We'll definitely be back next time we're here.

My family and I have eaten here frequently, we really ENJOYED the restaurant and food.nnBut tonight I was first told we MUST make a reservation online, I tried, I had to give a credit card, the reservation didn't go through.nnI called to see if it went through and spoke with Alex at the bar who came off as not wanting to have anything to do with trying to see if my reservation went through. All Alex has to say was make your reservation online. He did NOT listen to the fact I was asking if the reservation I tried to make went through. Then I asked to speak with manager and got disconnected.nnI called back and THE OWNER before she listened well, she tried to tell me that I needed to make an online reservation. Finally i think the owner listened well enough and I THINK I HAVE A DINNER RESERVATION.nnSounds like timberline has gotten to big and can't handle their volume!nnI WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!nnI thought about this experience and tried to further explain my experience to the owner. It seemed like all The owner cared about was making excuses and not truly listening.nnI also want to mention that I've just read through numerous reviews of Timberline and practically all of the negative reviews are met with excuses and blaming the customer. You need to own up to your short comings TIMBERLINE. I as a customer don't want to hear your excuses.

Love that Silverthorne has a new restaurant. Finally, a well thought out & executed cocktail menu in town. The overall dinner menu seems to go for an Asian-Southern fusion theme. Fried deviled eggs needed a touch of seasoning in the batter, but overall, great idea. What's better than deviled eggs? Fried deviled eggs! Everything else we had was very good (pork belly fried rice w/ sriracha mayo, meatloaf w/ goat cheese grits). I will definitely be back. Hope you guys are around for a long time!
