Update one year later, Jan 2021: the drinks have been consistently good and the service markedly friendly! We went for 7 mornings in a row.n-----nThis was Jan 2020: The drinks and servers are not consistent. We wondered too if maybe they prefer dealing with the locals rather than annual visitors like us.
Awesome selection with a really friendly and helpful staff! Wish we had a location in Texas.... Food and coffee were both delicious and reasonably priced!
Cute place, right off main street. They are only allowing 6 people in at one time so you may spend a few minutes outside. We got a hot chocolate and a mocha haze (mocha hazelnut) which were both very good. The walls are adorned with old time pictures of breckenridge and surrounding areas. Recommend if you want to grab coffee and a small bite as you amble along the streets :)
I got a almond milk latte. The almond milk they use tastes like poison. I can't speak to anything else on the menu. The staff was nice.
We stopped to grab some of the fresh roasted coffee. We had it ground, just for simplicity of it. It's best to not grind beans until it's time to brew, but we didn't have a good enough grinder in the room we stayed at.nnI just wish they offered a lighter roast on the Ethiopian because you lose the floral citrus flavors in a dark roast.
