I have been enjoying the Kauit practice since 11/19. I had a ski accident and fractured my shoulder in 3 places in 2/20. When I came back to practice in July I was limited due to my shoulder but Yvonne and Cliff adapted the practice to work with my right arm. 12/20 I'm close to having my full range of motion back with the help of Kauit. In addition, I recently had a bone density test which showed a statistically significant improvement in bone mineral density. I attribute this to regular Kauit practice. I used to go 4 days a week but with Covid I'm going 6 days a week and have noticed a big difference with the increase of classes. I would recommend Kauit practice for anyone. I was a person that did not like yoga. Enjoy!

Yvonne's voice is as soothing as a warm blanket being wrapped around your body. All of the instructors take the time to get to know your strengths as well as your limitations. Practicing at this studio always makes my day!

Perfect complement to the typical active Telluride lifestyle. Yvonne is truly a gift to this community. I'm already dreading leaving town, and losing access to this studio!

Amazing teacher!! Highly recommend this studio!! No props needed, loads of classes to choose from. Kaiut is a revolutionary type of yoga that everyone should try and practice.
