King Soopers

We always go out of our way to come here specially. The few other locations nearby don't compare to this one. The customer service is always outstanding, compassionate and understanding with all our needs! (Highly recommend and shoutout to the pharmacy.) The only area we would like to see improvement on is click list - but the customer service desk/management always correct whatever we need without hesitation.

Well stocked, but more than one aisle was impassable during our last visit. The team could do better about ensuring one with a cart can get around.

Mostly have good experiences but there is one employee who is rude and has a terrible attitude. We have talked to the manager 3 times and no change in behavior. If it happens again we will be contacting the District manager to see if something can be done.

Me and my family went to this king soopers to get some things for lunch. We got to the register I had found that we forgot a block of parmesan cheese. My father decided to go grab it. It was taking him a while because we didn't know where it was. Mind you we had already scanned our items so we had to wait. I felt bad because it was taking about 10 minutes to grab it. When my dad got back he gave the cheese to the man checking us out which I could tell was extremely annoying by us taking so long. He put it in our bag and I said I was sorry that it took so long and thank you for checking us out. He just sighed very loud. Also when my father gave him the cheese he said he was sorry for the same things. My father said it many times. The man said nothing just gave my and my father dirty looks. The man did have his reasons for being mad and I understand that but he should not have reacted or treated us the way that he did. Everyone else that had helped us was very nice it was just this man who was not being very kind to us nor the bagger. The bagger put a bag in the bottom of the cart but didn't push it in all the way so the man checking us out put it at the top and the bagger was saying something to the man I don't remember what but the man said not to start it now but he also kept looking at the clock so I'm guessing it was maybe a break. He was saying nothing bad to the bagger but his tone was very annoyed and un kind. I still feel the man was being very rude and could have been much nicer about the situation.

Wonderful downtown grocery store. Fresh meat, unique cheeses, large selection of beer and wine.
