I asked at least three times for the cashier to apply store's discount card, as I happened to forget my keychain. She asked if it is connected to the phone number, and it is not. Instead of applying the discount got charged the full price, very nice. I dont need the loyalty card anymore as i will do my best to avoid this store.

Self check-out is a great option to have available. It's not so great when it's the only option and you have a full cart. Had a lot of fun checking myself out in that small space while the staff is playing on their phones at customer service and no regular lanes were open.

Great store but there is a particular worker that I have an issue with. Every time I come in I see that she never wears a real mask and uses a tiny plastic covering that has been proven to not actually work. I find it extremely frustrating and uncomfortable that she has no genuine protection on her face and I even watched her get up close to a little kid today which was upsetting considering what she could be exposing him too. She can wear the mask, the rest of us do. I suggest getting her to actually follow the rules and wear a cloth covering before this upsets even more people.

We made a half dozen trips over the past week getting meals for Christmas holiday. We found everything we needed and then some. Thanks to a great team for keeping the store well stocked and clean.

I used the pick up service today and I had to cancel my order 2 minutes before it was due to be picked up.nThey were running 3-4 hours behind which makes my pick up 9pm (maybe) or the other option was pick up the next day. Since I cancelled... now I have to wait for my bank to release the preauthorized amount from King Soopers but I need to have groceries today. I can understand getting behind but if your running behind but don't wait till the end of the day to tell someone. I ordered early and waited all day. I could have just went to the store earlier if I had knew the situation. I hate to complain but it really should be managed better.
