Hard to shop here in the mornings (after 8 am even) as they stock the store while they are open and employees block aisles. Has gotten worse lately with the employees just standing around talking (often cursing, complaining about customers). The people fulfilling online orders are the worst though - blocking aisles as if they are there only ones in the store and then giving attitude when you have to move their cart out of the way cause they aren’t paying attention.

This supermarket has a decent bulk selection. It is very large fully stocked and the orientation is simple and very appropriate. There is ample parking lot. Highly recommend.

This was a shockingly terrible experience. I preorder for pickup the night before with pick up time from 10-11am. I received a call at 8:30am saying they were running behind. I explained than I had people coming to my home at 11am. The lady on the phone said she would try to get it completed sooner maybe by 10:45am. She said she would call me when it was ready. By 11:15 I still didn’t receive a call. I called them and asked if I headed their way would my order be ready. Again, I explained that I had guests waiting. They said it was ready and to come by. I showed up 2 minutes later and called the number. They said it would be a few minutes. They didn’t come out until 11:40am. I had to call them 12 minutes in. Then they didn’t show up to take payment until 11:50.nnThen when they did come out they told me there were items that they had to substitute and some they didn’t have. Even though those items were confirmed the night before. And they never called to tell me. The nonchalant attitude despite me explaining the situation was awesome too

Molly in the front end was a great bagger, she was fast and made sure to put frozen items together, produce together etc.! She also helped me find an item and was very friendly as well! A store should have more friendly and helpful employees like her!

I'm sad because it's my favorite King Soopers. But also the worst King Soopers I've ever been to. Third time I've been here and they never have baby formula stocked they never have my kind of formula which is a popular WIC brand enfamil gentlease that I can seem to get at any other King Soopers and they are stocked on the regular. The clearance aisle never has anything marked you ask an employee the price and they say they don't know it is now almost 2 weeks after Christmas and I was inquiring about something on clearance that was Christmas related you would think it would be marked by now.
