This location does not enforce mask wearing by patrons. I asked management and was told employees may not engage a customer. Only managers may offer the patron a mask, but will not trespass a violator. I walked in over the weekend and immediately saw 3 patrons without masks, including at the register, right in front of employees. No action was taken.
Very nice workers and they have a lot of different selections to choose from
Stand in lane for a while to purchase 3 jugs of water. Get charged 41.14 only to find out they're out of stock. Then i gotta go to customer service line because danarose the cashier refused to refund the transaction costing me more time than necessary.
The place is large and the employees friendly- however the registers were NOT separated and not following the social distancing protocols. I'm immune compromised and we were this close to people in line please spread registers out as I saw plenty of closed registers clustered off not in use.
Had CC stolen and they got 1100 charged here. Called to notify and got a “thanks for calling king soopers”
