Got the automated call from the pharmacy that 3 prescriptions were ready to be picked up for myself and my mother. Get there and the pharmacy is closed during normal pharmacy hours. Ask an employee, and they said the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech's cars were stuck in the snow. I get it, we got 2 feet of snow(even though it was noon and that is plenty of time to get unstuck or get an uber)....but you only had 2 people scheduled for the pharmacy the day after a big snowstorm?!?!? First, i have never seen less than 4 people behind the counter of this pharmacy before...and second, this is Colorado! How can management not prepare for a snow storm properly, especially with something as important as the pharmacy??? I will be okay an extra day without my meds, but what if it wasn't the case? I would ve screwed and in danger of a medical emergency.

Don’t order click list from this location. You will show up and they will tell you that it will be another 2-3 hrs because of staffing issues. If it happened once I would be accepting, twice I would be understanding but annoyed. 4 times I have come to pick up my groceries and been told they either can’t get to them today or it will be 2-3 more hours. That is a management failure

Soooo disappointed with the inventory at the Castle Pines King Soopers. For the past few trips I had to go to the Castle Rock King Soopers and again disappointed. Ended up at Safeway in Castle Rock and they again proved to be the store to shop at. I sure do miss the Safeway at Castle Pines. Ever since that Safeway closed KS has gone downhill ln inventory... no competition.

great store, clean, spacious and good prices but an employee at self checkout named ‘eisten’ gave us a hard time trying to rescan objects that we had already scanned giving us a bad attitude, thankfully we requested someone else’s to help us but that should be fixed!
