If you’re in the Castle Rock area and looking for natural vitamins, dietary supplements, natural and organic food, organic produce, and natural body care products, look no further. This store is well maintained, has a great, friendly, and helpful staff, and the shelves are fully stocked at all times. You can’t go wrong if you’re an organic type of person or seeking to improve your health with the products this store has. I highly encourage others who are seeking to be healthy to shop here.

Just had a wonderful and unexpected experience shopping today. An employee (Chris) went above and beyond by paying out of his pocket for the remainder of my groceries when my card got declined. Thank you Chris for outstanding customer service and for having such a good heart. It means so much.

I shop at Natural Grocers, Castle Rock at least 3x a week.. Yesterday I was in with my son who has Down syndrome. We were checking out and a woman came up to the cashier enraged that a few people didn't have masks on and she wanted to talk to the manager. The clerk amicably explained we allow those who are medically exempt from masks into our store. The woman angrily replied there's no way they are all medically exempt. Mind you there were only 3 people. 2 of 3 people was myself and my son who has Down syndrome and yes we are medically exempt. I applaud the cashier and her amazing demeanor. I want to thank Natural Grocers Castle Rock for not discriminating .I encourage everyone to patronize this store!

Turned down at the door for my medical intolerance to wearing a mask.nExtremely disappointed in NG. I have always shopped here over other places because of my medical condition. . .nGod have mercy on our country.

Consistently out of stock on vegan items..nSame with sprouts.nSame with the new natural grocers.nnOfficially done being after 3 years of hell.. never had this prob until covid... hm wonder why. Smh
