The estimator was great, the follow up in Denver was outstanding. We needed 2 crates built and both were top quality. The moving truck and movers were on time and took excellent care in wrapping in blankets and shrink wrap, getting the items down the elevator, and packed in the truck. The load arrived a day early and the driver was took great care in getting the items off the truck and into our house. This is how all moves should go.

I had a superb experience with Johnson Storage & Moving. Ethan M. helped me execute a move from Philadelphia to Houston within a span of 3 days, which was not only timely but extremely efficient and effective. He connected me with a local mover that were high quality and friendly. I was very glad to have his (and Nata's) help to make this move smooth and easy.

Johnson helped me pack and move from Atlanta to Denver and I was very satisfied with their professionalism, care and responsiveness given that I had only 3 weeks to arrange my move. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. In addition to furniture moving services, Johnson also referred me to a third party auto transport company which I was very pleased with as well. These guys are true professionals. Highly recommend.

I have moved 5 times in the past 7 years, all within the metro area. I hired Johnson Storage & Moving (located in Centennial, CO) for my most recent move (fall of 2020) based on my real estate agent’s advice. I have since told my agent NEVER to recommend this company again. The Johnson team moved my belongings from my house to storage (while it was being staged), and then roughly 5 weeks later, from storage to my new house. Each time, the moving team was understaffed. Each time, I complained to the management team. No changes were made (though they did apologize). While the movers worked long hours with no breaks, the moves each went well into the evening after starting early in the morning. The first move wrapped up at 7:30 pm and the second at 10:00 pm. In addition, there was damage to some of my possessions and damage to the walls in my new house. I reported all this. The response was for me to pay in full, and that this is the nature of moving companies. I explained all would have been remedied had they not under-staffed the project – twice! In my experience, this business values making money over their clients’ (and employee’s) experience. Of my 5 moves, this is the only time I have written a bad review. I will never hire this company again and STRONGLY advise you to find someone else if you are preparing for a move. I would have given this review zero stars, but one star was the lowest rating possible on this site.
