A wonderful facility, with easy access, use of heavy duty carts to move things in and out, freight elevator, and great climate control. The price was fair, and the people are outstanding! At one point during my almost year and a half my card didn't work, not for lack of money, it just didn't process. They got in touch with me, ran it again and solved the problem without any late fee or worry I would have my belongings sold. Honestly, I wouldn't have expected such a wonderful experience renting a storage unit. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for self-storage!
Marjii Middleton makes this place great. She always has a smile on her face (now it's under a mask but you know it's still there!) and she is always so helpful. Their rates are very competitive and the facility is clean, well-lit, and convenient. Highly recommend for any storage needs.
Came here with a friend to pick up a truck to move with, had some issues with the online key-pickup but Marji the manager and a lovely woman with a tennis hat got us sorted out by walking us through it. Their chairs in the waiting area are VERY comfy, friendly service is always appreciated!
Really great overall experience. Staff is awesome and Marji is the best!! I’d recommended this storage to anyone moving to the area ! 10/10
