Very professional! I went In there with a bunch of questions and this being me very 1st time of ever needing anything like this and Meghan answered all my questions... she showed me a few different options and answered all my questions and I felt very confident when I left! She was very nice and explained everything to me and the store was so clean too! I would definitely recommend ppl to go see her! She’s amazing!!

This Cube Smart location is the best ever. The staff is exceptional and always very helpful, kind, caring and professional but with a personal level of caring. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I could not ask for a better place to use for my storage needs. Since most storage places have pretty much the same things to offer, the CUSTOMER SERVICE staff at each location make it a great place – or not so great. TERRY and MEAGAN at the Bronco Parkway Cube Smart are amazing! They provide outstanding service, making sure the customer is their top priority.nnThe previous manager at this location was really an angry person who was a pain to do business with. Fortunately, Terry has always been a real pleasure to work with and I was able to stay away from that manager as much as possible. In the past few months, that manager was replaced by Meagan. I have not worked much with Meagan, but she seems very friendly and capable and is a wonderful change from the past manager.nnI have rented several 10x30 units at this location over the past 2 years. When we shut down my manufacturing company, I needed large storage units fast. Terry was able to get me into two of them next to each other and a third unit close by. Over the last two years, I have had several issues related to closing of my company. Terry was very understanding and helpful as I worked through external issues concerning storing our products and equipment. When she wasn’t able to reach me by phone to let me know about an issue with failed rent payments, she actually drove to my house to make sure I was fully aware of the problem.nnTerry did not have to go out of her way as much as she has to accommodate me and my unique requirements. But she has always done everything she can to make my storage rental experience as pleasant as possible!nnCube Smart should be very honored to have someone such as Terry on their team!
