Amazing customer service on the phone and in person! Eric and Hannah were so personable and definitely the EXTRA mile in giving us the best experience possible. Very pleased we chose this company and location for our storage unit. Facility seems very secure and safe which is exactly what we wanted!

I usually do not write reviews. But when I came in to look at some units, Hannah exceeding my expectations for what kind of customer service storage places offer. She was exceptionally professional and proficient. I came to look for my wife so she could later purchase a unit from Extra Space. And Hannah was able to give me every single detail I could of asked for. She was ready to go and ready to help. I was met with a smile on her face from the start and it ended with just as much enthusiasm. I would highly recommend purchasing a unit from this Extra space storage. I was blown away by the customer service she provided and I would be more than happy to buy another unit with them soon! Highly recommend, 10/10 from me.

Hannah helped us and was very kind. We havent had the best experience with other storage places...... this place is much better. I would recommend to anyone looking for good price and clean storage unit

Hannah answered all of my questions and created my lease quickly. Extra Space Storage offered a great monthly rate and I prepaid for the time I will need to lease in order to lock in the advertised rate. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage and Hannah.

Eric was super helpful and made the process easy and quick for me, they had everything I needed on site. I also love that they have carts you can use to put your items on so it makes trips to and from your unit much easier
