I was in unit 4267, my bone headed friend took a public storage cylinder lock and placed it on my unit. I left town and mailed them the key but it got lost in the mail and Public Storage couldn't find the other key. I ended up cutting the lock off and Diana the manager was very sympathetic and said it was fine. She didn't make me pay for it and was very helpful through the move-in and move-out process. I see why Public Storage is the top storage place in Colorado because they have great people like Daina. If you rent here you'll be taken care of.
The staff members that we’ve had dealings with have been extremely respectful and helpful. The manager Diana is super sweet and has always been very helpful. If you ever need anything she is the one to go to.
I've stored stuff here for a year and have few complaints. I was offered a special low-rate upon move in, then the billing got screwed up and I was charged $15 a month instead of $11. Still, a ridiculously low price for a 5' x 5' unit. I feel like I got good value for the money, despite the mistake.

This place is very clean and well managed! The manager Diana is the most respectful and kind person I have ever met at any place of business!
