Gregg provided great customer service! Great location and excellent value. I only needed the unit for a month so this was an easy and affordable option. The units are clean and safe as you havento have codes to get in the gate and in the building. I highly recommed Extra Space Storage.

I used Extra Space Storage in Highlands Ranch for 3 years. It was was always clean and never very busy when I needed to access my unit. There was only one occasion in 3 years that all of the carts were in use. There is a little bit of a slope at the entry point I used to access my storage unit that made the cart roll away and I had to prop it up against something to prevent that. Also, a little more de-icing in the winter would make loading items a little more safer. The drive is narrow, only really allowing for 2 u-hauls at one time, but it was rare to have that much traffic. Other than those minor nit picks I never had an issue and would recommend. Easy access, climate controlled and convenient.

Justin is AWESOME! He set us up nicely with an extra unit right next to our current unit-yay! It took just a few minutes to do all the paperwork and Justin answered all of our questions-he is very knowledgeable and super nice. We now have additional storage space for our belongings. The units here are so nice and clean and climate controlled. Everything looks great every time we visit our unit. Justin really cares about how everything at this facility is maintained! Highly recommended-you won’t be disappointed!
