Not used to giving ratings but the service was okay, answered questions we had about the unit, got a quick answer when we asked about having our pod delivered to the location to transfer from pod to storage unit.nnI almost left a lesser rating but that’s mostly due to the location which can’t really be helped. I can’t ding them for something like that. Beautiful facility in great condition.nnOne suggestion would be cleaning the key pads and maybe some temporary hand sanitation areas near keypads/entry ways. Or maybe some wipes for the carts. Speaking of which, carts to help take things into a unit? Super nice to have! Who knows, maybe they clean up after people once they are gone. I’m not sure.nnOne weird thing is the 7pm cutoff time to be able to get things in or out of the facility. That’s kind of a bummer if you’re looking for something in the middle of the night.nnAnd I guess the single point of entry for loading and unloading is a bit strange. How else are we supposed to get into our unit if someone else is in the dock? I think I’ll have to explore a bit because it can’t just be one way in...

Quick sign up time. Easy access. New building and the nicest storage facility I have ever used. Management was very professional and made the process easy and smooth as well as kept the property in pristine condition.

We had a 5 bedroom house stored there for several months. Ryan was so helpful and he’s a nice guy to work with. Highly recommend this storage facility.

Very nice storage facility. Hours til 7:00 which is strictly enforced. But knowing its near police station is nice. Very busy single loading dock may cause wait. Great carts, big loads make moving easier.
