I have been very pleased with my experience at this location. Caitlynn was great to work with when renting our unit. Very professional and very friendly! The prices are quite reasonable for the space and they make everything easy and clear when getting things started. Happy to rent a unit with this facility!nnUpdate: we recently moved into a new home and no longer needed our unit. My original opinion and experience at the location was confirmed. Even at termination of my contract, Tony and the other staff were great and more than accommodating. When I need a storage unit in the future, I'll be coming back to this location.
I have been renting from the Cottonwood StorQuest since 2007, frequently renting as many as four units at a time. When the manager at that time, Dave, moved on to another opportunity, I worried the new manager wouldn’t be as diligent, hard working, or responsible as Dave. There were a couple of short term managers prior to Tony taking over but since Tony took the position he has exceeded all my expectations and always cleared the snow when I needed and addressed every issue I have ever had.nI am not an easy client as I am extremely critical of things when they are not done correctly. It has been well over ten years since I have given as strong of reference as Tony deserves. I will be moving out of my current unit at the end of the month but would refer this StorQuest and use them again myself when necessary because of Tony.nWithout as much interaction it is easy for me to see that Tony’s assistant, Matt, shows signs of being a good leader one day too.
It's the 3rd. Your representative was amazing. He treated me so kind. I walked in ashamed I was late because I had been laid off and he made me stop. Amazing staff. Literally the best experience I've had at any company in years. Thank you for treating me so well. That man deserves a promotion. Thank you again.
The facility is great but the customer service was outstanding! Tony was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining every small detail to us. It was refreshing to have someone like Tony work on our agreement for us! We will certainly refer friends and family to him in the future! Thanks so much and happy new year!
It was super easy to reserve my storage online. When I came within the next couple days to pick up the lock, Toni helped me and was very friendly and professional. He walked my grandma and I to the storage unit, walked us through the paperwork, and explained everything to us throughly. I would highly recommend renting a unit from this place. Great rates, convenient location, and great staff!
