This storage stores all my stuff. Got dam fantastik
Found this storage facility online, placed a reservation and received a phone call to confirm within an hour! I spoke with Randy and he worked with me to select a unit, they offer a totally online purchasing option but i requested to look at the units first and he was very accommodating. When I showed up later that evening, they were very professional and even gave me a nice tour to see multiple units. I was very impressed with how clean the environment was, it's obvious that they take great pride in their facility. I'm very happy to begin a lasting rental relationship with this facility!
This place has excellent customer service. I made a mistake and accidentally rented two units. I thought for sure I was going to have difficulty getting out of it. But Tyler at the Castle Rock location helped me out immediately. Got me a full refund on the unit I did not want. Very very very happy with the way they handled the situation. Good guys.
I might well be the most difficult-to-please customer on the face of the earth, truly. Extra Space Storage, its employees and their facility excel in every possible way. The facility is so clean, you could eat safely off the floor! For storage needs, be not a fool and go anywhere else.
Bryan and his team have made sure that we had a smooth transition into our new storage unit. They had equipment for us to use to make our loads faster and lighter! He was there after hours, and still helped us find our unit. Storage facility is clean and presentable.
