What didn’t go well? Cali was an amazing server. When delivering the BEST breakfast drinks, she noticed on my ID it was my birthday and brought me a pancake with a candle, without us even mentioning it! The pancakes, coffee, sweet potatoes, the service - all of it was TOP NOTCH. We were excited to hear we have a Snooze in local Asheville! We will definitely be back.

Was it really too much to ask for a paper menu when the QR code wouldn't work for me? The first server from whom I made the request never came back. Apparently too much trouble to actually cook the hash browns. Noshing on half cooked potatoes and a poor grade of ham, I won't be back. It's not my first disappointment with this chain.
Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but the consistency has gone downhill lately. The last 3 orders I've placed have all had something missing, with substitutions/ special instructions entered via the online ordering system that were completely missed by kitchen staff. And this is just conjecture but I feel like everything has gotten saltier. Their menu is fantastic and if they get it right, it's delicious, but that's becoming less common lately.
Yall its a great place. There's something for everyone! Allergy conscientious. Yes! The wait is a drag, but the atmosphere is quaint and the food delicious. Don't go expecting quick service its not gonna happen its popular and whole lot of to go orders. Patience grasshopper- you'll love it once you're there.
