Our families had two very good experiences here in one week while visiting from out of town. Most of the food was very good. I had a great custom fried chicken sandwich tossed in the Nashville Hot Rub seasoning and o-rings one visit and fish and chips on the other. Both excellent. My wife thought her mushroom burger was a little light on flavor, but I tasted and thought it was good but needed more sauce/moisture of some kind. Heard lots of other good comments about the food around the table. Fantastic restaurant decor and environment. Service response time and attentiveness to our table were the only two significant dings. Great overall experiences.

Fun and unique environment! Their menu may not be expansive like a restaurant but it's a brewery...and the selection there is incredible. Many items are unique to them and I haven't seen available elsewhere. They do range on the pricier side (I don't like spending money eating out) yet the amount and quality of food is surprising worth it! Well worth it for a date night with the wife every once in awhile.

Wow this place is awesome. The burger I ordered was cooked to perfection, some pink just the way I like it, toppings and stuff spread accordingly and on the side so it was a mashy burger. Highly recommend, I yet to try more food.nnI really enjoy the atmosphere and the bar there, it's kind of nice and secluded, has a toasty fire pit outside for the cold, a very pretty downtown area and more.nnThey have plenty of options of custom beer from local areas that are worth a try, my personal favorite being the hazy IPA. Definitely a great place to check out.

First time here and it won’t be the last. Loved It!!! Fast friendly service. Our wait time in this beautiful Sunday afternoon was 40 minutes. Not bad at all because it’s located in downtown Castle Rock and there are plenty of things to go and see or do while you wait. Festival Park is right across the street.nBathrooms are clean and there is a handicap stall.nIt’s incredibly affordable and has a nice vibe!!nWas not impressed with the mixed drinks or the nachos but the hamburgers are great and the pretzels and queso was fantastic. Absolute favorite was the Truffle and mushroom pizza!!!nTake a chance you won’t be disappointednDine in - take out- or come have a seat at the bar and watch a game! So many flavors to choose from. Flights are 5 flavors for 10.00!! Get a few and try many different kinds.

Fabulous fish & chips and my bacon jam burger and rings were wonderful. Caesar was good/okay - nothing extraordinary. Our server, Esprit, was perfect. She explained the menu and made both personal and popular choice suggestions. Great bar and yummy food. Niche “roadhouse”, combining sports bar + foody haven. Warm. Cozy. Friendly. Good music. Recommend and will be back.
