I have been going weekly for just over a full year now and it's safe to say I am addicted! The staff is very personable and the instructors are gifted and versatile. I would highly recommend this workout if you are looking for something that pushes you hard but also flies by every time.
Love this studio. Their teachers are incredible & their staff super friendly & welcoming! The workouts are intense :)
