Today was my first time at pure barre and I LOVED it. The front desk was super helpful in showing me around and explaining how to get set up for class. Alisha was an AMAZING instructor! I have some limitations and she took the time to help me modify some of the moves. I will definitely be back!

Pure Barre is such a great fitness program to begin with but the management and leadership at the new studio in Castle Rock are great!! Love this place!nnI love Pure Barre Castle Rock! My daughter “talked me into” taking class with her at her studio in Monument six months ago and I just took my 100th class at the Castle Rock studio. Having taught ballet for years I definitely value dance training. The workouts at Pure Barre are excellent! Combine that with the great people at both the Castle Rock studio and at Monument, my Pure Barre experience has been the best!!!
