My wife and I have been long term lifetime customers. She just had the worst experience at Centennial, to the point where I considered going in and personally having a word with this employee and manager but decided against it because I’m too angry. She was sitting in the sauna and stretching, alone. An employee went in there and told her they received a complaint about her stretching and that she had to leave immediately. There are no rules about stretching in the sauna and this is a common thing athletes do. Then she threatened to call the police if my wife didn’t exit the sauna. Absolutely unacceptable approach and behavior to a customer. Not to mention embarrassing. She was mortified. If there is a concern, there is a right way to approach it. I canceled my membership and my wife will never go back. In the past we’ve referred a ton of my employees to Lifetime, and were close with the people at Utah’s Lifetime. Never again. Looking through some other reviews it seems like this employee might be responsible for some other customers experience as well. Will make sure everyone I know is aware of this gym’s poor customer service.

Large, expansive gym with lots of equipment and indoor turf field. After 5 months of being a member I finally canceled my membership with them- all due to mask policy. They put all these signs up all over saying that their staff will escort you out if not wearing your mask properly, but they never do. Every single workout there is at least a half a dozen people who won’t wear them at all, and the staff walks by and says nothing. It’s clear they don’t care about the well-being of their members as they told me if I didn’t feel safe, I could leave.nnIf masks weren’t a thing, I would remain a member- but they refuse to uphold a policy they made and keep people safe.

You certainly won't find a better gym anywhere near here. This place has every amenity you could ask for. They have the best, cutting edge equipment. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. I can't think of one negative thing to say about Lifetime.

I was so nervous for my first personal training class but Max made it awesome!! He was so positive but also strict(which I need) !!! He motivates me more than I ever thought I needed !! I recommend Max as a trainer !!!

Yes, its more expensive than 24 or VASA, but there is a reason. Locker rooms are large and clean, the equipment is rarely out if service, the trainers are top notch (hi Tyler Loch!), and have you seen the pools and restaurant??? Come work out, take a dip in the pool then enjoy a so good freshly-made meal. Bring the whole family... or not ud83dude09
