My 5 year old daughter started in the kids class a few months ago and after watching how amazing coach John was with the kids I decided to join! This is the first place that I truly feel like I belong to and feel welcomed by not only the staff but the other members as well. I highly recommend this gym for anyone who is looking to better themselves, to protect their family, gain confidence or just have a great work out for themselves or the whole family.
I had never done any martial arts, but my first class I felt included and empowered. Classes are diverse with men, women, younger and older and of all skill levels. Can’t believe I have waited this long to learn important self defense skills! And it’s a great workout!!
When I started my son here he lacked some confidence and wasn’t as responsible as we would like. After a few months with coach John we have seen a big improvement in both. Coach encourages the kids to be responsible for their training, enabling other kids in the class to be helpful and encouraging to each other. It is an excellent investment for your kids.
I LOVE this place! The coaches are awesome, and it is a great atmosphere. I get an amazing workout every time I come to class. I would highly recommend checking it out!
Coach John is great with the little ones. My daughter loves his class and looks forward to going. Very professional and has a way of instilling morals as well as self defense.
