Fantastic! Roger, the owner, is an incredible coach. His workouts are challenging and make you feel a huge sense of accomplishment afterwards. He is very good about modifying workouts to suit the indivisual needs of each person who may be coming in new, injured, or even pregnant. The community is encouraging, good natured, and fun. Check it out!
Great place, community. The owner, Roger, really pushes you and ensures that any newbies are taken care of and don't overtrain.
Great crossfit box, best instructor that does his own programming and pushes the members to be their best. Always has safety and teaching top of mind. I would recommend this box to anyone of all ages and capabilities to experience Lone Tree CrossFit
I trained here during my intern year of residency. As a physician, I was happy to see the attention Roger (owner/coach) paid to new (and longstanding for that fact) trainees to ensure proper form was maintained, thereby ensuring the health of his athletes. The best thing about the gym though is definitely the community, will definitely be training here again if I move back to Colorado!
Roger is the best! He understands your characteristics and gives the points. Every class you take is worthy for your time. I only take 8 classes so far and get obvoius body form changing. Love it!
