Just a friendly FYI, sitting outside looking at your business I noticed your American flag that faces outside is ganging wrong. When your flag hangs vertical, the stars need to be on the left. In windows you could have two flags on top of each other facing in the business and one facing out but with the stars on the left. Thank you and keep being a great Castle Rock business!

The day after I inquired about dropping in on the Loop website Korby contacted me. His mood was incredibly welcoming and sincere. Once I arrived at the gym, that experience carried through from the other trainers and members. Great programs, incredible facility and outstanding members and feeling of community. Way to go Team Loop. Thank you!

Had a great visit to CrossFit Loop. The coach did an incredible job managing a large class (20ish people): a full warm up specifically related to movements in the WOD, a clear overview of the workout, offered scaling options and modifications, and providing direct feedback on movements to almost everyone in the class. Probably in my top three drop in experiences from a coaching standpoint. Highly recommend.

WOW! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I’ve never felt so welcomed and included as I have here, even from day 1 testing out their gym/classes. The Owners are AMAZING passionate people, the coaches are so knowledgeable and truly care about your performance, the members are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. It truly has a family vibe to it. I can’t thank them enough for having such an amazing facility and group of people!! AND the workouts are extremely intense! 11/10
